 Redemption option

 You can redeem the voucher online at www.centerparcs.de. The voucher cannot be used on site. The voucher can be used for stays at all Center Parcs in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Danmark. The voucher is valid for all vacation home types and for all arrival times. The voucher is not valid for the Park Villages Nature Paris & Terhills Resort and for day tickets. The vouchers cannot be combined with special promotions or partner discounts from Center Parcs. Please note that the vouchers you purchase are subject to separate terms and conditions. 

 

 Number of redeemable vouchers

 3 vouchers can be redeemed per booking.

  

 Validity

 The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.

 

 Remaining balance

 Please note that when redeeming partial amounts, the remaining balance on the voucher is not retained. Cash payments are not possible.

 

 

 Redemption description

 Select your trip and click on the 'book now' button:

 1. Enter your address details and voucher code.

 2. When entering the voucher code, please ensure that it is spelt correctly (CAPITAL LETTERS) - this is the only way the system can read and process the voucher code.

 3. Accept the general terms and conditions.

 4. Check your data for correct information and spelling (capital letters) and click on 'Submit booking'.

2. Please note that you can redeem a maximum of 15 vouchers per booking.
3. Please note that if partial amounts are redeemed, the remaining credit on the voucher is retained. Cash withdrawals are not possible.
4. The voucher can be used for stays in all Center Parcs in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France.
5. The voucher is valid for all types of holiday homes and for all arrival times.
6. The voucher is not valid for the Park Villages Nature Paris
7. Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.
