2. The gift card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for travel money-related products, including currency or prepaid cards.
3. The gift card can’t be exchanged for cash or to purchase another gift card.
4. Gift cards can’t be refunded.
5. If you are using your gift card in a TUI store – Please make sure you have the gift card ready to present to one of our Travel Experts.
6. Gift cards will have an expiry date of a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase. For digital gift cards the expiry date will be displayed with your digital gift card details.After expiry the funds will be lost without any right for you to claim a refund.
7. If you do not use all your gift card balance at one time, you can use this against future transactions until the expiry date.
8. The maximum card balance allowed at any one time is £1,500.
9. The minimum card balance to activate your gift card is £10.00.
10. TUI reserves the right to cancel any gift card if we suspect fraud or misuse or unauthorised transactions.
11. By activating and/or redeeming a TUI gift card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
12. The gift card must be treated as cash, and the balance can’t be refunded if it’s lost, stolen or destroyed.
13. You can find your balance in-store or online.
14. Your gift card can’t be used in the Republic of Ireland.
15. TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
