Apple Store 禮品卡不可重新充值，不得在Apple Media Service或Apple 經銷商處使用、購買其他 Apple禮品卡、兌回現金（適用法律要求的除外）或要求將產品運送至香港以外的地方 。 3. Apple Store 禮品卡不可用於在iTunes商店、App Store、Mac App Store、iBookstore進行購買，也不可用於購買額外的蘋果禮品卡、支付任何手機合約或服務計劃的帳戶、蘋果經銷商的購買，或在蘋果金融服務帳戶下的任何支付款項。 4. Apple Store 禮品卡僅限在香港使用，且不可兌換現金（除非適用法律要求）。 5. Apple Store 禮品卡被添加至你的iOS設備上的Wallet app後仍然有效。 6. Apple Store Gift Cards are issued and managed by Apple Asia Limited and can be applied only to purchases in Hong Kong from an Apple Store, at apple.com, or by calling 800-908-988. 2. Apple Store Gift Cards are not reloadable and may not be redeemed for purchases made from Apple Media Services, at Apple resellers, for additional Apple Store Gift Cards, for cash (except as required by law), or for shipments outside Hong Kong. 3. Apple Store Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase at the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, iBookstore, additional Apple Store Gift Cards, or payment to any account of any mobile phone contract or service plan, purchases at Apple resellers, or any payment due under an Apple Financial Services account. 4. Apple Store Gift Cards cannot be redeemed outside Hong Kong and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by applicable law). 5. Apple Store Gift Cards will remain active even if added to the Wallet app on your iOS device. 6. Neither WOGI nor Apple is responsible for any lost or stolen Apple Store Gift Cards or use without your permission. Keep them close; they are valuable and can be redeemed by whoever finds them. 7. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new Apple product exceeds the value of the Apple Store Gift Cards. 8. Apple Store Gift Cards are also not for resale. 9. One transaction can use up to eight Apple Store Gift Cards at the Apple Online Store and the Apple Retail Store. One transaction can also combine your Apple Store Gift Cards with one credit/debit card to pay for your purchase. 10. Void where prohibited or restricted by Law. Apple reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions; notice of any such change will be made by updating the Apple Store Gift Cards terms and conditions located at https://www.apple.com/hk/legal/giftcards/applestore. 11. Apple Store Gift Cards may not be available for purchase for some items. 12. Apple Store Gift Cards may not be accepted for purchase of promotional, discounted, or supply-constraint items, or new products during their launch period. 13. Use of an Apple Store Gift Card is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. 14.
