Flying Machine E-Gift Card

This Gift Card ("GC") is redeemable exclusively at Flying Machine stores participating in the GC program.
This GC is valid only on Flying Machine merchandise.
This GC remains valid for a period of one year from the date of activation or purchase.
A minimum purchase of Rs.1,000/- is required to redeem this GC.
GC balance is redeemable for merchandise only. It cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
This GC is non-returnable and non-cancellable after purchase.
If the merchandise price exceeds the GC value, the customer must pay the difference by cash, credit, or debit card, UPI or any other approved payment mode.
This GC is valid only in India.
All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the GC shall be borne solely by the Customer.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Gift Card are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
Arvind Youth Brands Private Limited ("Arvind") may alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Multiple GCs can be redeemed in a single invoice.
The GC is not valid until activated at a participating store.
Arvind reserves the right to refuse redemption of any GC presented at non‑participating stores, at its sole discretion.
If GC is lost, it can neither be replaced nor any cash refund will be processed.
If the redemption value is less than the GC amount, no balance will be refunded or carried forward.
The Scratch PIN must remain intact and should only be revealed at the time of billing during a purchase. If the Scratch PIN area appears tampered with or has visible exposure, the card will be deemed invalid and forfeited. The Company reserves the right to reject any such cards presented for redemption.
Arvind reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withhold GC and orders for suspected fraud or for other violations of GC policies/Terms and Conditions.
Arvind shall not be held responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission/authorization.
