3. Download the HUMM Care App

6. Register with your mobile number.  
7. Select Join as an Employee.  
8. Enter your details: Name, personal email address and verify the same (please do check your spam/junk folder as well).  
9. Enter the employee ID in this format (HCAB-Employee ID digits). For example: HCAB-123456 (avoid any spacing or small letters). Please use same format. 
10. Explore: Complete the setup by entering a few of your personal details.  
11. Select your current stage and enter the details related to that stage.  
12. Begin exploring the exclusive services available to you.  
13. Go to Care Services under Humm Care offerings.  
14. Fill out the form and raise a request for nanny care/nursing care. Our Humm Care support team will contact you to finalize service details at your location. 
15. Once the caregiver is assigned to you, purchase a gift voucher from the Xoxoday platform. 
16. Click on 'Buy Now'.  
17. Click on 'Proceed to pay' to generate a gift voucher worth INR 7500. (Cost of the voucher INR 8850 inclusive of 18% GST) 
18. Complete the payment.  
19. You will receive the gift voucher on the order success page and on your email.  
20. Apply the gift voucher when paying on the Humm Care app.

• Nanny Care – 12 hrs: ₹1,725 / day 
• Nanny Care – 24 hrs (live-in): ₹1,955 / day 
• Caregiver – 12 hrs: ₹1,300 / day 
• Caregiver – 24 hrs (live-in): ₹1,604 / day 
• Nursing Attendant – 12 hrs: ₹ 2,950 / day 
• Nursing Attendant – 24 hrs (live-in): ₹ 4,589 / day 
• (Above prices are average estimates; final rates may vary by location, service duration, and individual requirements. Customizations such as shift hours (12 hr / 24 hr), type of care (nanny / elderly / nursing), and service duration (1 week to 1 year) are available on the Humm Care app.)

3. Each gift voucher is unique and can only be redeemed once.
4. The gift voucher code must be entered correctly to activate the benefits.
5. The benefits are available to users who have purchased gift voucher via the xoxoday.com platform.
6. The gift voucher is valid for the duration mentioned at the time of purchase.
7. Expired gift vouchers cannot be renewed; users must purchase a new gift voucher for continued benefits.

9. Corporate full-time employees at all career levels are eligible to avail this benefit.
10. All offers are inclusive of 18% GST.
11. Note: The gift voucher is only valid to the offerings listed on the portal. Any additional items or services mentioned on the brand website or app will be on a self-paid basis.
12. Cancellation and refund policy: Employee cannot make any cancellation or request refund once the service is booked and paid for.
