Sathya Gift Card

1. Customer must go to any of the Sathya Offline Retail Store-Please refer the outlets link- https://www.sathya.store/all/stores
2. Inform store manager on intent of using Sathya Gift Card as payment mode
3. Once invoice is raised – Customer must be ready and share Gift Voucher details. Cashier validates Gift vouchers received on system
4. On successful redemption – Cashier reduces redeemed amount from total invoice value - Customer must pay balance amount (if any) using another payment mode (Cash or card) and settle invoice
5. Transaction gets completed on successful invoice settlement

 6 Months

 1. E-Gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

 2. E-Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at Sathya company owned stores. For store details refer address below.

 3. E-Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed online on https://sathya.in

 4. E-Gift Vouchers is redeemable on all days of the week.

 5. E-Gift voucher details is to mandatorily be submitted at Sathya store billing desk before the billing starts.

 6. E-Gift Vouchers can be clubbed with the on-going offers & schemes

 7. Single E-Gift Voucher to be used in a single billing. Partial redemption and Remaining balance, if any, will not be refunded in any medium.

 8. Multiple E-Gift Vouchers can be combined and redeemed in a single billing transaction

 9. In case there is a balance amount to be paid after E-Gift voucher redemption, customer must pay the balance amount with taxes applicable.

 10. For any return of the product bought using the voucher, the exchanges will be given for the value paid by the customer plus the voucher value

 11. Refund of money against the voucher will not be entertained
