1.ラウンジの利用は先着順となります。
2.サービスの利用は、ラウンジまたは関係当局が定める利用規約や制限事項に従う必要があります。
3.参加ラウンジは、**最大滞在時間（通常2〜3時間）**を設ける権利を有します。この時間は各ラウンジの裁量により決定され、滞在延長には追加料金が発生する場合があります（発生した場合はお客様の自己負担となります）。
4.ラウンジを利用する前に、eバウチャーまたはeカードに記載された氏名が、搭乗券・チケットの氏名と一致しているかを確認します。これは、正当な利用者のみがサービスを受けられるようにするためのものです。
5.アルコール飲料やその他の飲み物の無償提供（提供される場合、または現地の法律で認められている場合）は、各ラウンジの運営者の裁量によって行われ、提供内容が制限されることがあります。
6.各ラウンジには、提供される食事内容やお子様の入場に関するポリシーがあります。入場前にラウンジへ直接ご確認ください。
7.ラウンジスタッフは、泥酔状態、迷惑行為、または利用規約違反があると判断した場合、お客様の入場を拒否したり、滞在を早期に終了させる権利を有します。
8.サービスの予約または利用をもって、サービス利用者およびお客様は、当該サービスに関するすべての利用規約を事前に確認・理解・同意したものとみなされます。

1. Access to the lounge will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Access to/ usage of service(s) may be subject to terms & conditions and restrictions imposed by the lounge and/or governing authorities.
3. Participating lounges reserve the right to enforce a maximum stay policy (usually 2 or 3 hours). This is at the discretion of the individual lounge operator, and it may impose a charge for extended stays, which is to be borne directly by the Customer (if applicable).
4. Before availing the lounge access, the name of the Customer on the e-voucher/ card will be matched with the name on the boarding pass/ ticket to ensure access is being availed by the entitled cardholder/ e-voucher holder only.
5. The provision of free alcoholic and/ or any other drinks (if applicable as part of the Service, and wherever local law permits) is at the discretion of each participating lounge operator and in some cases may be limited.
6. Each lounge follows certain food offerings and child-related policies. The customer should make prior inquiries in this respect with the lounge before entry.
7. Lounge staff have the right to terminate the lounge visit early or to refuse entry to a Customer who is either intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly fashion or is otherwise in violation of the terms and conditions of the lounge.
8. By booking/ availing the Service, it is deemed that the Service Receiver and/ or Customer has, before availing the Service, read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions associated with the Service.
