 The Gift Card is multi-use and can be used only in the designated merchant in Mauritius. It is compulsory that you have access to or have internet on your device to use our technology.

By using this Gift Card, you agree to our full Terms of Supply. Below is a summary applicable to this Gift Card:

• The validity of this Gift Card is 12 months from the date of issue.
• Internet access on your device is compulsory to use this Gift Card.
• This Gift Card is multi-use and can be redeemed only at the designated merchant.
• Any remaining balance of Rs 150 or less must be redeemed in full.
• If the purchase value exceeds the Gift Card value, the outstanding amount must be paid by you.
• This Gift Card cannot be combined with other Gift Cards for a single purchase unless stated otherwise.
• This Gift Card cannot be combined with special offers, loyalty or fidelity programs, or promotions unless mentioned on the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards once sold or redeemed are non-refundable, whether used or unused.
• This Gift Card remains the property of the participating merchant whose name appears on the Gift Card.
• Gift.mu is only the technology and advertising partner and is not responsible for the safety, legality, quality, or any other aspect of goods or services purchased using the Gift Card.
• Gift Cards are redeemable for goods or services offered by participating merchants, who are solely responsible for accepting the Gift Card.
• Redemption instructions are stated on the Gift Card.
• The Gift Card is subject to the merchant’s own terms and conditions, which may not be explicitly mentioned elsewhere.
• In case of any doubt, it is advisable to contact the merchant directly.
