Spark NZ Gift Card

These terms apply to all Spark Gift Cards. If you’ve received a Spark Gift Card as part of a promotion, additional terms may apply for that promotion.

Spark Gift Cards are redeemable for the purchase of goods at Spark NZ retail stores, excluding Spark modems.
Spark Gift Cards cannot be applied to a Spark account or used to pay for Spark telecommunications, digital services or entertainment services.
Spark Gift Cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment for goods bought instore. Unredeemed values will remain on the Gift Card until card expiry or until redeemed, whichever occurs first.
Spark Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or be used towards the purchase of another Gift Card.
Spark Gift Cards cannot be replaced and Spark NZ will not be responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, or sent to an incorrectly entered delivery address
No change will be given on purchases made using Spark Gift Cards, but the remaining balance may be used on subsequent purchases.
Spark Gift Cards expire 24 months from the date they are issued to the purchaser. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period and not refunded.
The maximum amount that can be loaded onto a single Spark Gift Card is $1,000.
A maximum purchase of $4,999 worth of Spark Gift Cards applies to a single transaction or series of related transactions. This means you may not purchase more than $4,999 worth of Spark Gift Cards across multiple transactions, including at different Spark stores.
Spark Gift Cards cannot be topped up with additional amounts.
A Spark Gift Card's balance, expiry date and last 10 transactions can be checked at giftstation.co.nz/spark
Spark may amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will do so by publishing updates to this terms and conditions page and such changes will automatically take effect. If a change will disadvantage you and it was within our control, then the change will take effect 30 days after it is published.
The purchase, use and redemption of Spark Gift Cards is governed by these terms and conditions and other applicable Spark terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, Spark’s General Personal or Business Terms as applicable.
If we reasonably suspect fraud or other unlawful activity in connection with the sale or redemption of Spark Gift Cards, we reserve the right to refuse sale or redemption.
Spark Gift Cards are issued by Spark New Zealand Trading Limited.
In the event that it is not possible to redeem your Spark Gift Card in-store due to national or regional alert level restrictions, please check back on these terms and conditions for updates, including alternative means of redemption which may be made available.
