How to Redeem Online (SM Cinema Website or App)

1. Select your SM Cinema branch, movie, date & time, and number of tickets (maximum of 8 tickets per transaction).
2. Enter your E-Gift Code number.
3. Click “Use Available Balance.”
4. Click “Apply.” Then enter the next code if any.
5. Fill out the required information and check the boxes.
6. Complete your transaction.

• The SM Cinema eGift voucher can be used at any SM Cinema & SM Cinema Snack Time Branch and the SM Cinema Club website.
• The eGift voucher may be used to purchase movie tickets and food or beverages from Snack Time.
• For Online Redemption, a maximum of 8 tickets may be used per online transaction.
• To book, select your preferred cinema branch, movie, schedule, and number of tickets
• On the checkout page, enter your eGift voucher code in the Gift Card section. No PIN is required.
• Click Use Available Balance, then click Apply. If you have multiple vouchers, enter each code one at a time.
• For additional tickets, create a new transaction use your remaining eGift voucher balance (if any) or another gift code.
• For Over-the-Counter Redemption, present your eGift voucher at the Box Office/Counter;
• Multiple eGift vouchers may be combined in a single over-the-counter transaction.
• The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift voucher.
• It may not be exchanged for cash, nor can it be replaced when lost or stolen.
• The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The eGift voucher may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of SM Cinema. Processing of transactions will be based on the availability of the validation system.
