It can be redeemed by informing merchant during your booking queries at info[at]unchartedphilippines[dot]com. Contact Merchant at least one week before the desired tour/ service date. It has no expiry date, is non-refundable, non-convertible to cash, is for one time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts. Unused amounts will be forfeited.
