• Refund policy: Once redeemed, you must use that credit before the expiry date of the Store Credit. Strictly NO extension of validity. • How to Redeem -
• To redeem, enter the unique code on the Store Credits section at the checkout when you place your next order. Your Deliveroo account will be credited with the amount loaded.
• Browser - Enter the unique code on the promo code tab at the checkout
• IOS - Under "My Account" click on "Account Credit" Click on "Add Code" and enter the unique code.
• Android - Under "Account" click on "Vouchers and credit" Click on "Add Code (+)" at the bottom right of the page and enter the unique code.
• Other Terms of Use
• Deliveroo Store Credits may only be redeemed in Singapore for the payment or part payment of menu items and the delivery of these items from www.deliveroo.sg or the Deliveroo Singapore app.
• The Store Credit an be used against multiple purchases from www.deliveroo.sg or the Deliveroo Singapore app.
• Store credits can be used to offset entire bill at checkout page including delivery charges and service fees.
• Once redeemed, you must use that credit before the expiry date of the Store Credit. Strictly NO extension of validity.
• Any credit that has not been spent by the expiry date will be cancelled and will no longer be available in your Deliveroo account.

• If your purchase is less than your total credit, the balance of your credit will remain available on your account for future purchases.
• To view your credit balance, visit your Deliveroo account.
• If you use credit (in full or in part) to pay for your Deliveroo order and your order is cancelled, your refund will be issued to you in the same form as the original payment was made (ie as a credit).
• There will be no monetary exchange for returned or cancelled orders made with credit.
• Deliveroo reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
