Magic Gift Cards cannot be used as a form of payment for the following products: top-up phone cards, all types of prepaid cards, cash cards, gift cards, wholesale products, some structured products, goods or services which violates the prohibition or legal requirements such as alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, infant food, baby food and dietary supplemental food for infants who are currently breastfeeding. 3. Magic Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 4. We reserve the right to return or cancel the Magic Gift Cards in the case of damage, expired validity, or loss. 5.
