• Sử dụng tại Nhà hàng, Qúy Khách vui lòng xuất trình barcode/QR code để thanh toán, không áp dụng mã số e-voucher.
• Mỗi e-voucher được sử dụng 01 lần, có thể áp dụng nhiều e-voucher cho 01 hóa đơn.
• Không có giá trị quy đổi thành tiền mặt, không được hoàn trả tiền thừa.
• Không chấp nhận mã e-voucher quá hạn sử dụng, trạng thái đã sử dụng.
• E-Voucher được áp dụng song song với các ưu đãi tại nhà hàng.
• E-Voucher không áp dụng tích điểm, tích G-coin trên TGS và các ưu đãi khác của G-people.
• Nghiêm cấm mọi hình thức mua đi bán lại, kinh doanh trái với qui định của GiftPop và Golden Gate.
• Golden Gate có quyền từ chối áp dụng và thu hồi e-voucher khi phát hiện e-voucher đó nằm trong hành vi mua đi bán lại, kinh doanh trái với quy định của Giftpop và Golden Gate.
• Nếu giá trị đơn hàng của khách hàng vượt quá giá trị của e-voucher thì khách hàng phải thanh toán thêm khoản chênh lệch bằng tiền mặt, thẻ ATM, mastercard, thẻ visa...
• E-Voucher có giá trị tương đương tiền mặt, e-voucher giấy G-People.
• Golden Gate chịu trách nhiệm xuất hóa đơn VAT cho khách hàng sử dụng tại nhà hàng.
• Chỉ xuất hóa đơn VAT cho khách hàng trực tiếp dùng bữa tại nhà hàng.
• Khách hàng có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin mã thẻ quà tặng sau khi đặt mua. Wogi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm hoàn trả các mã thẻ bị mất hoặc ở trạng thái "Đã sử dụng" với bất kỳ lý do gì.
• Wogi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm đối với chất lượng sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ được cung cấp cũng như đối với các tranh chấp về sau giữa khách hàng và nhà cung cấp.
• Wogi có quyền sửa chữa hoặc thay đổi điều khoản và điều kiện sử dụng mà không thông báo trước.
