E-voucher codes must be presented in conjunction with a Makro access card.
E-voucher codes can only be used once. Convert the E-voucher code to a physical card to retain the balance.
The value associated with this E-voucher code expires 3 years after the date of first activation.
E-voucher codes can only be redeemed while they are valid, and their expiry dates cannot be extended.
Misuse of this E-voucher code may constitute fraud.
We may limit or decline to honour the E-voucher code value if you are unable to present satisfactory proof of your identity upon our request.
This E-voucher code cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or returned, except as required by law.
It is your responsibility to ensure you enter the correct cell phone number or email address for delivery of the E-voucher.
Once dispatched, E-vouchers cannot be returned or credited.
The issuer is not responsible for lost or stolen E-voucher codes or unauthorized use.
Makro reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of E-voucher codes at any time.
